Historical Perspectives
Thai Dieng was established in 1962 in Tachia, Taichung. At first, we focused on manufacturing 62 and 63 series radial ball bearings. In the following years of development, two more production lines were expanded, bearing units and self-aligning bearings.
We moved to our current address at the Youth Industrial Zone in Tachia, Taichung in 1982, and established our agricultural bearing production line as well as expanding our markets in America and Europe. In 1983, we enlarged our factory and developed new production line of mast guide bearings.
For the coming years, we have been developing new products and specialty bearings as well as improving our quality and production capacity. Moreover, with the early introduction of quality management systems, such as TQM(Total quality management), QCC(Quality Control Circle), ISO9000, QS9000 and the most recent, TS-16949. They have been great evidence to our quality assurance.
Marketing and Business
Our company has over 40 years experience with bearing manufacturing and technology development – we understand the changing requirements of the global bearings market. Thai Dieng strives for customer stratification and has built its customer service capabilities to provide high quality products, services and technical support with reasonable price and quick delivery. In the long term, Thai Dieng will deliver higher quality and more innovative NKB brand designs for our global customers. In the mid and short term, Thai Dieng’s first priority is to maintain the NKB brand position that represents high quality products and to build our global market share.
Thai Dieng is actively expanding its global sales channels. We currently have channels established in North America, Europe, Japan, Korea, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and South America. Our web-based portal site offers products in Chinese ,in English and in Japanese to facilitate the placement of orders over the Internet.
